Insurance & Office Policies
At Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center, we strive to make the billing and appointment process as smooth as possible. Due to recent changes in healthcare, it’s essential to verify what procedures are covered under your plan before your appointment. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm coverage and inquire about any deductibles or co-pays. Please note that co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service. We will file claims to your insurance on your behalf.
